Promotional Skill Contests
Consumers get the chance to be part of the action when a Sponsor's promotion involves a Skill Contest. A contestant can truly determine their own destiny when they attempt to successfully perform the promotional challenge to win the Grand Prize.
Skills Contest mechanics can range from kicking a ball through a target to throwing a biscuit into a bowl of milk. Following are some examples of our most popular Skills Contests.
- Olive in One™
A perfect promotion for pubs or nightclubs, Olive in One™ always draws a crowd. The challenge is to throw a green olive into a martini glass from 20 feet away. If the olive lands in the glass, your customer wins £1,000 or more!
- Paper Aeroplane Toss
Selected ticket holders/fans receive the chance to win the grand prize. During intermission, these selected contestants throw a paper aeroplane toward a target (e.g. the sunroof of a new car) to win the big prize – paid for by PIMS-SCA.
- Biscuit Toss
Randomly selected contestants will attempt to throw a biscuit and have it land in a bowl of milk. When someone does, PIMS-SCA pays the grand prize!
